We love Wittringen Castle. Our son's baptism was perfect. The ambience was great. The food was great and planning with Ms. Koscewic was great fun. Our guests loved the castle fries.

I can't write anything about the food in the restaurant because we only had a drink outside. But that was ok so far. The waiter looked a little disheveled and absent-minded. The castle itself is nice to look at and there is a small local museum there. You can even visit it for free. The park is spacious and you quickly disappeared from the hustle and bustle. There is a pleasant calm in the park itself. An impressive war memorial can also be viewed in the park. All in all, we spent a lovely afternoon there.

Nice, relaxed and not too pretentious. Reasonably priced and good quality mains and salads. Merlot wine by the glass was best German Merlot I have tasted.

Very nice ambience - to relax and dream :) reminds a little of a "magic forest". Only the subsequent meal in the restaurant gets a star deduction. We had to wait a long time for the cards and then the drinks, even though the waitresses sometimes just stood around in twos and looked around the world. Waiting would certainly have been less of a problem for us if it had been evident that efforts were being made to ensure a fast, smooth process. Nevertheless, the service was very friendly and the food was simply excellent! Highly recommended - if you allow a little time.

Very nice restaurant, you can sit outside right by the small lake. The food is very tasty and it is well presented, as is the case with the drinks. The waitresses are very nice. I will be happy to come back!

Great kitchen. The (homemade) fries were presented in small fryer baskets, the Wiener Schnitzel was exactly the mix of pancakes and meat you would expect and the quality was high overall. There is a star deduction for the wheat beer - it wasn't really cold and the foam wasn't really there - too bad Ludwig. Otherwise recommendable - one of the best restaurants far and wide. PS. Inside is an unexpectedly bright ambience - great.

I had this place recommend by friends As much as the portions are big, still it doesn’t justify the price. Atmosphere and service are just ok (the waiters could be nicer) Also it was the only place in the area where personal information weren’t asked due to COVID regulations.

+ one more star !! SUPER! Everything that was ordered was simply divine. Even the fries and ketchup were special! Singing birds, a magnificent blooming garden, the charm of an ancient castle just whispers - stay here longer.

In the middle of the district - therefore unique. Nice park around the castle. Parking lots available. Different park entrances. Large leisure facility.

Beautiful ambience nice service modern times fair menu and very well prepared. It was delicious and I can only recommend it. It is also very cozy.

Very abundant and tasty portions. The location is modern and quiet. The service is good and you can pay also with any card.

We were here for coffee and loved it. You could choose from 6 different cakes. We chose tiramisu cake, apple pie and cheesecake. Everything was served very tasty and friendly. Since we were there with a wheelchair, we liked the accessibility.

A really great place with a super nice environment. It is also nice for children, because there is a playground directly where they can play while the adults can drink a drink. The food is delicious too. The service was nice. Directly at the castle is also a small bird island. It's always fun to watch the birds. Always worth a visit.

Great food at an even greater price! Staff are super super super nice. Food arrives reasonably quick and hot (Thums Up!). My only issue is that they could offer some bread with bitter whilst you wait initially but I assume this is a chain so may not workout this way. None the less I am here at least 2 times a month since March. Love it!

Nice castle with good restaurant. Food was delicious and the service despite the crowds nice and friendly. The subsequent walk through the beautiful castle park made for a successful day. Repetition very likely.

It was exceptionally beautiful. A great experience even for the kids. The park has a great playground, animals that you can pet. The castle has a restaurant with terrace where you can enjoy a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere.

Always worth a visit. Great for a walk. Mini golf great for small and big.

Historic ambience, the gastronomy has brought new momentum in the old walls. The menu is very imaginative. And everything we order has been delicious. The staff is very accommodating, friendly and fast. And all in the sunshine, is already an experience.
